Biryani Masala

Chili powder, Cinnamon, Clove, cardamom, mace, Black stone powder, Fennel seeds, Star anise, Bay leaves, Nutmeg, Dried Kapok buds, Black pepper.

Add biryani masala to your Veg or Non-veg biryani / pulao / rice / Khichadi preparations. The amount will depend on your taste preferences and the strength of the masala. You can start with a couple of teaspoons and adjust according to taste.
