HOW TO USE?
Dosa
Add a couple of spoons to regular Dosa mix for a healthy Treat. CRAFT IT WITH YOUR BARE HANDS Mix curd and salt to taste. Add water gradually to achieve dosa-like batter consistency. Allow the batter to rest for half an hour.
Veggie Pancakes
Add a couple of spoons to regular pancake mix for a healthy treat. CRAFT IT WITH YOUR BARE HANDS Combine curd, chili flakes, and salt. Gradually add water to achieve a pancake-like batter consistency. Make small pancakes and add finely chopped veggies on top. Cover with a glass lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Thalipeeth
Mix chopped onion, carrots, cabbage, capsicum, and loads of coriander. Form a soft dough with water. Cook Thalipeeth on a nonstick pan until golden brown on both sides. You can add spinach or fenugreek leaves also to make it more nutritious!
PROTEIN RICH ROTIS
Add one table spoon in any roti atta to get a healthier and protein rich Rotis. (1 table spoon for 4 rotis)
