HOW TO USE?
- Add finely chopped onions in Oil till they turn brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a couple mins and then add chopped tomatoes. Once oil separates, add Turmeric and our DHABA STYLE CURRY MASALA. Add marinated chicken/mutton and cook. (use 1 table spoon for 250 gms of chicken or mutton)
- Follow a similar process for Dhaba style veg dishes. It works best for dishes like masala baigan, shev bhaji, missal.
- And for a zesty salad dressing, simply blend with lemon.
